2021 Annual Assessment Information
Beckonridge HOA policy 20-02 addresses the annual assessment. The 2021 Annual Assessment is going to be $775.
Here are some friendly reminders:
The full amount is due by January 15th.If your account is in good standing you are able to choose one of the following payment options1) Pay the full amount of $775 by 1/15/212) Pay quarterly amount of $193.75 by the 15th of January, April, July and October3) Pay a monthly amount of $64.58 by the 15th of each month. If you are choosing 2 or 3 please let the office know by January 15th, 2021.
